These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prosperity Feng Shui's consultations, website, publications, and related services. By booking a consultation or using our services or publications, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Prosperity Feng Shui LLC provides consultative services, offering recommendations for energy alignment, space organization, and application of Feng Shui principles. We do not physically implement these recommendations - clients are solely responsible for making any suggested changes to their space.

Our services include:

Residential and business Feng Shui assessments.
Energy flow analysis and intentional design recommendations.
Consultations in person, via phone, or virtual meetings.

2. Booking & Payments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or rescheduling.

3. Guarantee

While we cannot predict what the universe has planned for us, I am dedicated to providing an engaging and rewarding consultation experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with the process, I will gladly refund your full payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations.
Prosperity Feng Shui offers guidance, but does not move furniture, hang objects, or otherwise physically alter your space.
If you choose to implement suggested changes, you assume full responsibility for any actions taken, including moving furniture, renovations, or other modifications.

5. Educational Material

Prosperity Feng Shui provides educational material and traditional practices intended to support personal well-being and environmental harmony. These include, but are not limited to, articles and guidance on rituals, or other Feng Shui techniques.

We do not assume any liability for injury, property damage, or adverse effects resulting from your use or interpretation of any ritual-based or DIY content. All actions taken based on this content are done at your own discretion and risk.
Rituals involving open flame, heat, or volatile materials require extreme care. Always follow fire safety protocols, consult your local safety authorities, and abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prosperity Feng Shui is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss that may result from actions you undertake.
We provide guidance based on Feng Shui principles, but results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Feng Shui is a holistic practice intended for personal and environmental well-being and is not a substitute for professional advice in medical, financial, or legal matters.

7. Confidentiality & Ethics

All consultations are strictly confidential - we will not disclose any personal or home details.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
